Lemon Pepper Pork

Ingredients:

4 pork chops
4 lemons
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp peppercorns
splash of olive oil

Steps:

1. In either a bowl or processor, zest the lemons, and add the salt and pepper. Grind or blend the dry ingredients, and then add a splash of olive oil.
2. Rub the mixture onto the pork, and start the grill or put a pan on the oven at medium heat.
3. Cook the pork approximately 10 minutes, using a meat thermometer to verify when it is done.
